Delivery and shipping
We normally despatch within 48 hours. However, please allow up to seven working days after our receipt and payment of your order. In the event that we cannot supply your full order we will contact you and advise of alternatives available.
Postage and packing
The cost of postage and handling within Australia varies depending on the size and weight of the item/s you order. All items of our orders are mailed using Australia Post Plus with Tracking or Registered Post and charged accordingly. Minimum shipping charge of $12.50 per order and is dependent on volume and size. As you add your items to your shopping cart, you will see what your shipping costs will be. Where goods are lost or damaged in transit we will either send replacement goods, or offer a full refund on return receipt of the item including delivery charges. You should advise us of any damage to your order within seven working days of receipt.
International and remote location shipping
Post and packing for overseas orders will be calculated and charged as quoted and are calculated at the charge structures for this service. Please contact us at email@example.com for a quote on shipping costs to remote locations or countries outside Australia. If you place and pay for an order from a remote or international location before requesting a shipping quote, we will contact you with a shipping estimate and/or invoice before processing your order.
Should a particular product become out of stock (multiple purchases of the same product around the same time can do this) we will contact you to determine an agreeable course of action.
We accept Visa or Mastercard Credit Card. NO GOODS WILL BE DESPATCHED BEFORE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. We reserve the right to process payment for a reduced value should some items become unavailable.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST has been included in prices where appropriate at 10%. We reserve the right to make adjustments to prices to accord with any change in the rate of GST. Please note that overseas orders are exempt from the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on applicable items. Items that are exempt from GST include most, but not all, colours and icings.
Returns and refunds procedure
We regret that in the best interests of all our customers, due to health and hygiene requirements, we are unable to exchange or accept return of edible goods, opened or unopened. This includes and is not limited to all icing products and colours. We are unable to exchange or accept return of fragile edible goods which have been damaged in transit. These goods are highlighted in the product description and shipped at the customer's risk. If for any other reason you are not happy with your items you can return them for a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Contact Iced Affair via email or telephone to confirm details. You will need to provide your name, contact details and reason for return. If you receive any items that are faulty or damaged then we will offer a full refund or replace the item.

You may return any non-edible product to us within seven working days of receiving the order. Please advise us as soon as possible within this period which products you are returning and quote your order number. Please return goods with the original packaging. Unless the goods being returned are faulty or unsuitable substitutions, you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund you the cost of any goods you wish to return (excluding original delivery charge).
Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that any goods being returned are received by Iced Affair are not damaged in transit. Should you fail to do this, or send them at our cost, we will charge you the direct cost of the return.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds. Please choose carefully as no refunds or exchanges are available on sale items. Any items returned 'used' or subsequently 'damaged' will not be accepted for refund. Storage and shipping of these items, including return shipping, is the full responsibility of the buyer.
Before placing an order with us, please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions below. These are the terms you accept when shopping with us. Where we refer to 'working days', this includes Monday to Friday only. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

Whilst the primary Users of this Website are Australian residents we do offer our products and services worldwide. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order ("Confirmation of Order Receipt"). Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you the Despatch Confirmation email. Whilst we do our best to maintain sufficient stock levels, we cannot guarantee availability of stock at all times. 'Gold' and 'Silver' referred to in the catalogue relates to the colour of the product and does not, with exception of gold and silver leaf, indicate precious metals. Great care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are accurate. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the Products or their prices as advertised. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We sell a wide range of edible and non-edible colourings and therefore appreciate the importance of variation in colour. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the colours you see will depend on various factors such as lighting, monitor display make and type, monitor display settings etc, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of illustrated colours will accurately reflect the colours of products supplied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials for sale. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the material. Edible and Non-edible Goods Warning We advise caution in the use of non-edible items on cakes and other edible goods, and do not accept any liability whatsoever for the inappropriate use of any products.

Orders from Outside Australia
Customers ordering from outside Australia please note that, in some cases, goods available from our range may not be purchased in certain countries under local laws or due to licensing rights. We are unable to ship flammable or items classified as dangerous (for example, confectioners glaze aerosol sprays) abroad due to health and safety reasons.
